Provider Registration - inclusive of licensed physicians and allied health professionals including but not limited to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists, physician assistants, administrators, social workers, and office managers in an oncology practice or university; Fellows; Retirees. Provider registrants must not be employed by an Industry company (see below).

Electronic Media Consent: Attendees may appear in photographs or videos that will be taken during this meeting. Registration grants IOS permission to photograph and/or video record attendees for use in IOS printed and/or electronic publications, on websites, and/or electronic communications without attendee compensation or approval rights.
